The world's highest-paid authors, 2012.
From the Guardian:
James Patterson and Stephen King might still top Forbes' yearly round-up of the world's richest authors, but the magazine is predicting its list will look a little more female-friendly next year.
Top-earning kidlit author on the list (I'm not counting John Grisham, because barf) is Jeff Kinney. Then Suzanne Collins, JKR, Stephenie Meyer, and Rick Riordan.
