Robert's Snow: for Cancer's Cure.

I've got more than a list of links for you today.  Feast your eyes on this:

I love his yellow slippers.

This snowflake, Sleep, Black Bear, Sleep*, was created by Brooke Dyer, and goes up for auction in the third round, which begins December 3rd.  She lives in Cambridge with her husband, daughter and dog.  (And, no, her familiar last name is not a coincidence -- she is Jane Dyer's daughter.)

I don't want you to think that her work consists solely of sweet and adorable watercolors (They even make me turn into a marshmallow!), so you must not miss this.  Go to her portfolio and click on the fifth thumbnail on the right.  (I keep going back, and it makes me shriek every time.  Love it.)

Back when I lived in the Boston area, I worked with Brooke at The Monkey.  So I was hoping that this project would give me the opportunity of re-connecting with her.  But, alas and alack, her website doesn't seem to have a 'Contact Brooke' option.

So, Brooke, if you see this:  How do you receive your fan mail without a 'Contact Brooke' option?

*See her book of the same name here.   Also see these books.
